This single family home, consists of 3 fully habited floors, total 225m², a parking space and a backyard.

The purpose was to unify the house areas in such a way that serves both private and shared spaces. The materials are a main part of the concept, as they adapt in various parts of the house.

A custom made terrazzo is applied in the kitchen floor and worktops, as well as the base of the fireplace and the guest wcs’ bespoke sinks.

Oak wooden elements and floors apply in the two main floors, living room and bedrooms, as well as the staircase.

The bottom floor is covered with forged cement in a specific color code which applies in

various other surfaces and materials as well. A guest room, guest wc, laundry area, covered parking space and storage are located at the bottom floor as well as a living room/playroom, all accessible both via the interior stairwell and a separate entrance door through the backyard.

Ascending to the upper floor, there is a guest wc, a separated kitchen full of terrazzo and black lacquered elements, facing southwest and having access to the backyard, and the main living room with bespoke furniture and a multi-use wall composition.

The three-leveled wooden oak steps stairwell, with metal framed, glass rails, leads at the top floor where the three family bedrooms are located, as well as the master bathroom and a common space with a desk and a library.

Each bedroom was designed based on the user’s preferences and needs, one master bedroom and two children’s bedrooms, one for a boy and one for a girl.

The common use area is an outcome of all three rooms in matters of design, colors and materials, while the master bathroom shares a common concept with the other wcs, having a terrazzo tile applied all over.

The front and backyard are covered with forged pebble, which resembles a more rough version of the interior terrazzo, surrounding an outdoor kitchen island under a steel pergola.
