The Privacy or Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit the email address . For the general protection of personal data in the EU countries, the Regulation GDPR/EC/2016/679 applies since May 25, 2018, which includes the relevant general provisions for their security.

Pursuant to the Regulation on the general data protection of the E.U. (GDPR/EC/2016/679) you have the following rights: 

1.Right to transparent information, announcement and arrangements for the exercise of your rights (Article 12, 13, 14 of the Regulation), i.e. your right to be informed about how your personal data is being used. 

2. Right of access (Article 15 of the Regulation) to the personal data we have collected from you. 

3. Right to rectification (article 16 of the Regulation) of inaccurate personal information we have about you. 

4. Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) (article 17 of the Regulation) of the Member-User account and the information we have about you. 

5. Right to restrict the processing of your personal data (Article 18 of the Regulation). 

6. Right to object (Article 21 of the Regulation) to the processing of your personal data 

7. Right to withdraw your consent already given (Article 7 of the Regulation), i.e. to withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on consent. The lawfulness of the processing of your data is not affected by the withdrawal of consent up to the point in time when you requested the withdrawal.

Security measures applied 

It is our priority to use the appropriate technical and organizational measures effectively, always considering the principles of personal data protection, in order to comply with the principles and provisions of the Regulation and to protect your rights. Only those mentioned above have access to your personal data. 

Our other obligations 

How long we retain the information we collect from you depends on the type of information. The information considered necessary for the provision of our services to you is kept for as long as required by the type of services and in accordance with our obligations under the legislation in force at any given time. We will always make every effort to keep your information secure.  

In case we need to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enhance our terms and conditions of use, we may retain some of your data as required, even if we no longer need to provide services to you.  

However, your personal data is always limited to what is absolutely necessary to achieve these purposes, is accurate and transmitted only to authorized persons who are committed to confidentiality and protection against disclosure and comply with the terms of this policy.  

In case we find any violation of this policy, which includes the possibility that your personal data has been disclosed, then within 72 hours of recognizing the incident we will notify the Personal Data Protection Authority and the natural persons to whom the personal data belong. 

As we do not employ more than 250 employees in our company because the personal data processing we carry out is occasional, since we do not process a special category of personal data nor do we process data related to criminal cases, we are not obliged to keep a record of personal data processing activities. 

Modifications to this Privacy Policy 

Architectural office unilaterally reserves the right to update, modify or revise this policy and the terms of use of its website, without prior notification to users, in order to improve its services and harmonize it with the provisions of the existing legislation regarding the protection of personal data. For this reason, please check this privacy policy regularly in order to be informed of any changes that have been made.
