Located at one of the highest points in the city of Thessaloniki, Exochi, this two-floor, roofed Residence responds and adapts to all the needs of the owners and the local climate. The two leveled roof creates a multi-dimensional volume which gives the impression of two houses connected together.

Inspired by its surroundings, mountain on the back side and woods on the front side, this project was designed to become part of the area and stand out at the same time. The use of dark colored façade and wood on the outside, as well as the large windows reflecting the trees all around was the main concept.

A large patio on the ground floor and spacious terraces on the first floor as well as the yard, allow the users to fully enjoy both exterior and interior spaces.

A master bedroom with a private bathroom is located on the ground floor along with the kitchen & storage room, guest wc, laundry room, dining room, living room and main entrance.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a main bathroom as well as a storage room.
