This 110m² apartment located at the very center of the city was designed to fulfill the needs of a couple.

A large living room with large oak floor planks shares an open plan with an open kitchen, dining room and entrance area. The kitchen area stands out thanks to the use of full white-gold marble on the floor, work tops and walls, combined with white and oak cabinets, The entrance area, is also differentiated with the use of grey marble floor and oak elements.

A full wall metal 3d grid which serves as a library in the living room area, is split by a vertical grey marble wall covering, and a solid marble desk with mirror strips aside, reflecting natural light all over the place through a full window wall.

A main corridor connects the front part of the house with the back, which serves as the sleeping zone, and consists of a master bedroom and a guest room. There is a parallel zone to the main corridor, where a guest wc, a master bathroom, laundry room and storage are located.

The storage/laundry rooms by the corridor become one with the wall with hidden closets and cabinets.

Both bathrooms share common design concept, fully covered on floors and walls with forged cement application, black sanitary items, and walnut parts.

The master bedroom consists of a walnut wooden box, which serves as a walking closet, and a light grey velvet headboard, with walnut night stands and a boudoir with a large vertical mirror and custom-made pendant lights.

The secondary, guest bedroom, consist of a full compact white composition with storage parts, bookcase, desk and bed, along with a wooden oak closet.

All furniture, chairs, low tables, sofa, and lights were designed and were custom made for this apartment.

The verticality of this apartment extends front and back, in two large terraces, the front one located in one of the most central streets and having great city scapes from the 4rth floor.
