The one-sided inclined long roofs is the basic feature of this housing project, with cubic penetrations, creating patios and storage rooms, and a large terrace at the front of each floor, serving every need of this family complex.

It consists of three large maisonettes, approximately 250 m² each, with a front and backyard, parking space, and underground secondary areas.

Planted flower beds and other elements are embodied with the facade of each building.

Kitchens are placed on the back side of the ground floor in order to have easier access from the parking space, while the main entrance is on the side for easier access and privacy as well.

A large living room and an extra room complete the ground floor.

Three bedrooms are found on the first floor, one of which serves as the master bedroom, with its own bathroom, and the main bathroom as well.
