A top floor city apartment full restoration is the case study of this project, fulfilling the needs of a five-membered family. The daily zone is placed vertically to the private zone, where the main entrance, living room, dining area and a guest wc are placed along with an open/ semi private kitchen. The main entrance is exactly at the point where the two zones meet and are separated through a sliding door.

The private zone is consisted of a master wc, a master bedroom and two bedrooms, all connected through a corridor with full access to the terrace and a workspace desk in the middle.

The terrace connects with an L shape both zones and hosts a dining and bbq area as well as plants and storage spaces.
