This project is about a premium residential complex located in the newly developed suburbs of Thessaloniki city, the extension of Thermi region. Due to the favored site location, with no roads, just pedestrian streets on both sides of the site and a small park at the front side, these mezzonettes obtain an ideal living quality for their residents.

Five fully autonomous mezzonettes with two floors, front and back yard, private parking and roof top, were designed in a way to maintain privacy but also fully enjoy outdoor access.

The ground (elevated) floor terrace is an extension of the living room, which is followed by the central patio, dining room, guest wc, stairwell and a corridor which leads to the kitchen, located in the back, with full access to the back yard. Another corridor leads to a room, which also has full access to the back yard.

A master bedroom with a private bathroom, two rοoms and a bathroom, as well as a laundry room, form the 1st floor.

There is a balcony at the back, and a terrace at the front serving the master bedroom. Also side terrace gives access to the roof top through an open stairwell.
