A total area of 2.865m² was designed to serve as a housing project in the developing district of Thermi in the county of Thessaloniki.

It consists of 12 autonomous buildings, 4 of which are divided into floor apartments, 8 in total and two per building.

The rest of them are fully autonomous two floor maisonettes.

All buildings are identical and stuck together, synthesizing three unified complexes. Each residence is identified by its projected box serving as balconies for the two upper floors and by the vertical volume of the stairwell.

Each unit’s box orientation is slightly rotated, and is not placed at the same axis as the others in order to preserve privacy among the houses.

A front and a back yard are part of every unit at the ground floor, connected through an alley between the entrance/stairwell volume and the storage unit, as well as a parking place at the front, underneath the projected box.

The rooftops were designed to host a lounge experience with some extra features like plunge pools.
