This project is about a fully-dental professionals building, specially designed to meet their expert needs and assist their demands in matters of management and ergonomics. It is a four storey building, underground level, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor.

The underground floor serves as storage and other secondary uses.

The ground floor consists of a dental expert store, and a kids’ dental office.

The two upper floors serve each one as dentist and orthodontist clinics. Their plan view and design concept are almost identical in order to maintain an identity for the building both inside and outside.

Apart from the horizontal floors division, the building has vertical zones as well, which are both visible and serve specific uses. The left vertical part serves as the stairwell – elevator and access to each floor, and the main entrance for the ground floor.

The right part of the building consists of a two storey box (1st and 2nd floor), on top of the ground floor uses, projected and rotated in a different axis, representing the main clinics.

In the middle there is an alley-bridging. A bridging in two axes, serving as a bridge connection for the 1st and 2nd floor to the stairwell and as an alley for the ground floor, leading to the backyard parking place.

Vertical aluminum blinds are placed both at the front and back façade, for shading and privacy due to a large amount of glass panels and windows, which are a main feature of the building, along with other aluminum parts.

The roof top serves as a personal use space for the owners, with plants, a pergola and a lounge outdoors living room.
