The office space is located in the center of Thessaloniki, at the corner of Mitropoleos and Agia Sophia streets, on the second floor of the Sapouna (I. Dimitriadis) Building. It was designed by G. Malaki (in collaboration with G. Zografos) and was constructed in 1926. The second-floor apartment was redesigned in 2020 in order to house C Architects. One of the main objectives of the design was to preserve the character of the space and highlight its distinctive architectural elements. The original layout was kept intact, and the interventions were limited to the addition of custom designed furniture for the space, as well as the restoration of the original frames and decorative plasterwork on the ceilings. The damaged existing wooden floor was replaced, while the original ceramic tiles were preserved in the secondary spaces.

The office consists of an entrance and waiting area, a presentation and meeting space, two workspaces, and secondary spaces at the back of the apartment, which include a small kitchen, a WC, an archive storage room, a printing area, and a material library. Regarding the custom designed furniture, a sleek and simple design was followed, with dark tones contrasting with the white walls and wood floor, highlighting the architectural details of the building.
